Great win at the ISES Battle of the Chefs: Eco-Cuisine
The ISES (International Special Events Society) New Jersey North held Battle of the Chefs:Eco-Cuisine at Laurita Winery, a unique New Jersey Winery in a picturesque setting that rivals any Napa Valley.

ISES Battle of the Chefs: Eco-Cuisine is the Eco Chop-It Food Challenge Chopped meets Iron Chef with some Eco/ Green Food Trivia stirred in.
This event focused on food and catering operations and Eco-case study where ISES taught contestants how to “Green” their event’s catering operations.
All attendees broke up into teams, and battled it out, as each team competed in a creative Culinary Challenge, The Eco Chop-It Food Challenge, which was judged on taste, presentation, and use of ingredients.
The event also offered wagon tours of the vineyards, dinner and reception where Telischak and his team were crowned the Eco Chop-it Champions.
